Every
evil scientist should keep an eye on the sky. Just to check on what may be happening in the nearby galactic neighborhood. You never know when an approaching
meteor might offer a chance to collect some rare supermetal from a new crater. Or perhaps the approach of an
extraterrestrial spaceship might bring you
new technology (even an
alien invasion has the potential for expanding your knowledge).
So no
laboratory would be complete without a
telescope. This
scenery piece could be just what you are looking for.

The
telescope stands about 2-1/8 inches (54 mm) tall. The base is 1-1/4 inches (32 mm) in diameter. It would be at home in the
laboratory of
20th Century mad scientist, a
19th Century Steampunk inventor, even a
medieval wizard. In this case, I have chosen to paint the scenery piece in a variety of metallic colors.
